• Requirement to accept all insurance applicants

In Addition AARP is entitled to:

• A 4.5 percent royalty fee, which is purely profit and will not be attributed to their administrative costs.

Remember, AARP competitors do not receive the exemptions and allowances above. This is Obama’s way of paying back AARP for their support.
 
AARP is sacrificing seniors for their own corporate gain!
 
ObamaCare has put AARP in a position to reap untold wealth – as much as $1.8 billion dollars in Medigap reforms while the seniors it services will be penalized and potentially crushed under the weight of higher premiums and higher taxes – not to mention less coverage and fewer services.
 
This is another example of the immoral greed that is stifling just governance for the American people. As long as Americans continue to use the services of powerful and corrupt organizations like AARP, citizens will (in many cases) continue to unwittingly fund the ever-growing tyranny of our once free nation.

US commanders have prepared a range of “options” for Obama if he chooses to proceed with military strikes against Damascus

This Punk in the WhiteHouse could start World War lll.

The Obama administration is rapidly making the initial preparations for a cruise missile attack on Syrian government forces, CBS News reported Saturday.

The Pentagon’s “initial preparations” will only give President Obama the immediate option of an attack. Indications Friday, based on an interview the president gave to CNN, is that he hasn’t reached that point yet.

Despite the mounting indications that some sort of attack involving chemicals occurred in Syria last week, the “who” and the “what” are still far from clear. There has been no conclusive evidence — such as toxicology reports using tissue samples from the victims — that internationally banned chemicals like sarin were used.
Obama’s national security adviser, Susan Rice, sent out a Tweet on Friday calling what happened “an apparent CW (chemical weapons) attack.” And the commander of US forces in the Mediterranean has ordered Navy warships to move closer to Syria to be ready for a possible cruise missile strike.
Meanwhile, US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel is strongly suggesting that the Pentagon is moving forces into place ahead of possible military action against Syria.

Launching cruise missiles from the sea would not risk any American lives. It would be a punitive strike designed not to topple Syrian dictator Bashir Assad but to convince him he cannot get away with using chemical weapon

“The Defense Department has a responsibility to provide the president with options for all contingencies,” Hagel said.
“And that requires positioning our forces, positioning our assets to be able to carry out different options — whatever the president might choose.”
But Hagel declined to provide any details on the deployment of US ships, aircraft or troops, as the Obama administration reportedly contemplated cruise missile strikes against Assad’s forces.
Hagel’s comments came as a defense official said the US Navy would expand its presence in the Mediterranean with a fourth warship armed with cruise missiles.

Hagel himself, before he was defense secretary, signed a plan put forward a year ago by the private group Global Zero to eliminate the Air Force intercontinental ballistic missiles and to eventually eliminate all nuclear weapons. At his Senate confirmation hearing he said he supports President Obama.

Meanwhile in Syria, Assad cast blame on rebel forces for the grisly chemical attack. UN Under Secretary General Angela Kane also arrived in Syria’s capital Saturday for talks aimed at establishing the terms of an inquiry into alleged chemical weapons attacks.
Syrian state television said troops found chemical agents in rebel tunnels in a Damascus suburb on Saturday and some soldiers were “suffocating”, intensifying a dispute over blame for a reported nerve gas attack that killed hundreds this week, Reuters news service reported.
In a clear attempt to strengthen the government’s denials of responsibility for the suspected chemical assault, Syrian state television said soldiers came across chemical agents in rebel tunnels in the suburb of Jobar and some were overcome by fumes.

The Architect of Destruction-Barack Obama

Barack Obama appears to be a tormented man filled with resentment, anger, and disdain for anyone of an opinion or view other than his. He acts in the most hateful, spiteful, malevolent, vindictive ways in order to manipulate and maintain power and control over others.

Perhaps, because, as a child, he grew up harboring an abiding bitterness toward the U.S. that was instilled in him by his family and mentors…it seems to have never left him.

It is not the color of his skin that is a problem in America .

Rather it is the blackness that fills his soul and the hollowness in his heart where there should be abiding pride and love for this country.

Think: Have we ever heard Obama speak lovingly of the U.S. or its people, with deep appreciation and genuine respect for our history, our customs, our sufferings and our blessings? Has he ever revealed that, like most patriotic Americans, he gets “goose bumps” when a band plays “The Star Spangled Banner,” or sheds a tear when he hears a beautiful rendition of ” America the Beautiful?” Does his heart burst with pride when millions of American flags wave on a National holiday – or someone plays “taps” on a trumpet?

Has he ever shared the admiration of the military, as we as lovers of those who keep us free, feel when soldiers march by? It is doubtful because Obama did not grow up sharing our experiences or our values. He did not sit at the knee of a Grandfather or Uncle who showed us his medals and told us about the bravery of his fellow troops as they tramped through foreign lands to keep us free. He didn’t have grandparents who told stories of suffering and then coming to America , penniless, and the opportunities they had for building a business and life for their children.

Away from this country as a young child, Obama didn’t delight in being part of America and its greatness. He wasn’t singing our patriotic songs in kindergarten, or standing on the roadside for a holiday parade and eating a hot dog, or lighting sparklers around a campfire on July 4th as fireworks exploded over head, or placing flags on the grave sites of fallen and beloved American heroes.

Rather he was separated from all of these experiences and doesn’t really understand us and what it means to be an American. He is void of the basic emotions that most feel regarding this country and insensitive to the instinctive pride we have in our national heritage. His opinions were formed by those who either envied us or wanted him to devalue the United States and the traditions and patriotism that unites us.

He has never given a speech that is filled with calm, reassuring, complimentary, heartfelt statements about all the people in the U.S. Or one that inspires us to be better and grateful and proud that in a short time our country became a leader, and a protector of many. Quite the contrary, his speeches always degenerate into mocking, ridiculing tirades as he faults our achievements as well as any critics or opposition for the sake of a laugh, or to bolster his ego.

He uses his Office to threaten and create fear while demeaning and degrading any American who opposes his policies and actions. A secure leader, who has noble self-esteem and not false confidence, refrains from showing such dread of critics and displaying a cocky, haughty attitude.

Mostly, his time seems to be spent causing dissension, unrest, and anxiety among the people of America , rather than uniting us (even though he was presented to us as the “Great Uniter”). He creates chaos for the sake of keeping people separated, envious, aggrieved and ready to argue. Under his leadership Americans have been kept on edge, rather than in a state of comfort and security.

He incites people to be aggressive toward, and disrespectful of, those of differing opinions. And through such behavior, Obama has lowered the standards for self-control and mature restraint to the level of street-fighting gangs, when he should be raising the bar for people to strive toward becoming more considerate, tolerant, self-disciplined, self-sustaining, and self-assured.

Not a day goes by that he is not attempting to defy our laws, remove our rights, override established procedures, install controversial appointees, enact divisive mandates, and assert a dictatorial form of power.

· Never has there been a leader of this great land who used such tactics to harm and hurt the people and this country.

· Never have we had a President who spoke with a caustic, evil tongue against the citizenry rather than present himself as a soothing, calming and trustworthy force.

· Never, in this country, have we experienced how much stress one man can cause a nation of people – on a daily basis! Obama has promoted the degeneration of peace, civility, and quality of cooperation between us. He thrives on tearing us down, rather than building us up. He is the Architect of the decline of America , and the epitome of a Demagogue.

Dear Fellow Seniors

The usual “Republican” suspects in the U.S. Senate are working overtime to stop Senator Mike Lee’s effort to delay the funding for Obamacare. The American People and The entire Tea Party movement must take a stand NOW!

Senators Mike Lee, Rand Paul, and Ted Cruz are making a valiant stand for liberty. But John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and Richard Burr are fighting them.

Tea Party Senators want to strip Obamacare out of the upcoming government funding bill.

But Senator Burr of North Carolina just told the press that “I think this is the dumbest idea I’ve ever heard.”

“RINOS” like Burr, McCain, and Graham actually want to protect Obamacare. They actually believe that keeping this horrible law is politically popular!!!

Just the other day it was reported that the President was on Capitol Hill in a closed door meeting with Senate Democrats determining how to bypass the law and exempt members of Congress and Congressional staffers from the exchanges.

But the President has offered no such delay or waiver for the American people. We’re stuck with the Individual Mandate .

**And Senators like Lindsey Graham, John McCain, and Mitch McConnell are going to the mat to defend this disaster!

These Senate sell-outs need to be taught a lesson. They need to know that if they fund Obamacare, they’re for Obamacare.

And if they’re for Obamacare, they’re against the American people.

The heads of three of the biggest labor unions in the country told the President that Obamacare is going to shatter their health care and bring an end to the 40-hour work week. Almost two dozen Democrats in the House voted with Republicans to delay the Individual Mandate.

If Obamacare is not ready for Big Business, Big Labor, or Big Government, it’s not ready for the American people.

please make as many phone calls to your Representatives and Senators as possible.

Washington isn’t going to solve this problem unless they hear from enough Americans like us. IF we push hard and push hard now, we just might win this battle!

House passes bill to prevent IRS enforcement of ObamaCare

This is another one of those bills that Obama and Harry Reid sluff off as “meaningless,” by which they mean, “Stop passing those bills we don’t like!” If a bill passes the House of Representatives, and both the Senate leadership and the president pretend it never happened, the only thing that’s meaningless is the attitude of the president and Senate leadership toward the legislative process. This time it’s H.R. 2009, sponsored by U.S. Rep. Tom Price (R-Georgia), and it prohibits the IRS from having any role in the enforcement of ObamaCare. Given the recent misadventures of Lois Lerner et al, you don’t suppose the public would have any positive inclinations toward this idea, do you? (Thanks to our friend and former colleague Ellen Carmichael, now a Price staffer, for getting the information to us quickly.)

Here’s what Price says about the bill:

By voting to prohibit the IRS from implementing or enforcing any part of President Obama’s health care law, the House of Representatives has taken an important step toward protecting the health care of American citizens today. The Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act has the support of over 140 cosponsors in the House and has been endorsed by numerous organizations and thousands of Americans who share our commitment to preventing any of our fellow citizens from having to answer to the IRS when it comes to their personal health care decisions.

The IRS clearly has not been able to prudently and impartially enforce current tax laws. It has abused its authority by targeting individuals and organizations. There’s no reason to trust this massive agency with one of the most personal aspects of our lives – our health care.

Instead, we ought to be empowering individuals and families to make their own health care decisions. There are many positive ways to pursue a patient-centered health care system. But to get there, we need the Obama Administration and Senate Democrats to stop siding with the Washington bureaucracy and to start standing up for the rights and health care choices of the American people.

He’s a physician, by the way, so he brings more knowledge and authority to this argument than most. And it doesn’t take someone with special inside knowledge these days to know that the IRS has been compromised by political agendas and cannot be trusted to enforce this law fairly. Better yet, Price suggests we repeal ObamaCare altogether and replace it with a new system he outlines in H.R. 2300, which the boss wrote about a few weeks back.

There’s room for discussion about exactly what should replace ObamaCare, of course. I’d like to see something that dramatically reduces the reliance on health insurance, essentially relegating it to covering catastrophic costs only. But what most people don’t realize is that the need for something better to replace ObamaCare is taken very seriously among Republicans, with lots of good ideas being debated all the time. They all have their pros and cons, I suppose, but one thing they all have in common is that every one of them is better than ObamaCare by galaxies.

And as for H.R. 2009, if Harry Reid is determined to ignore this and refuse to let the Senate take it up, and Obama is determined to call it “meaningless,”

Republicans should force them to justify their insistence on giving the IRS this power over the rest of our lives. If left to their own devices, they will pretend it is not even happening. They should not be allowed to do that.

In the first two years of their joint reign, Obama and Bernanke have waged a hidden inflation war on the middle class that has fleeced more wealth from folks on Main Street than the previous 20 years combined.

For decades, the Left has been putting on a play with themselves as heroes in an ongoing civil rights movement — which they were mostly absent from at the time. Long after pervasive racial discrimination ended, they kept pretending America was being run by the Klan and that liberals were black America’s only protectors.

The Republican-led House approved a bill May 23 that would also set interest rates to the yield on the 10-year Treasury, plus a markup. That bill, unlike the Obama plan, includes an interest rate cap that proponents say would protect students.

I’ve heard some say that Capitalism is not perfect,,,? This may true, but until a better way to have a “Government for the people and by the people” is found,,,, let’s stay with Capitalism. We know, again, from historical facts that any other form of Government will not work, except for “The Elites”, and that is only temporary.

With the expansion in food stamps, Obamacare and so forth the goal of the Left is clearly to get as large a percentage of the American people beholden to the government as possible as a preparatory step to fundamental change. Socialism and Regulation of every aspect of our lives.

One thing the President and his party have shown over the past four years is that when it comes to health care reform, they cannot be trusted.They not only cut $750 billion from Medicare to help fund Obamacare, but they have repeatedly fudged the numbers and hidden the true cost and consequences of this legislation on all Americans, but seniors especially.

Their was a time that Democrats nor Republican would have tolerated a President that ignored Laws enacted by Congress and signed into law. The idea that he can ignore what he chooses or at will change what he doesn’t like is outrageous but I hear no outrage.It’s tragic what this despicable man is being allowed to do and even worse those who for a little taste of power are willing to help. This nation needs a 10 year moratorium on all immigration. We need to stop this invasion of our nation and destruction of our future.
